A LITTLE ABOUT YETI
YETI OR NOT, HERE I COME (a.k.a. YETI OR NOT or Yeti) is captain of the Gotham Roller Derby All-Stars, co-captain of USA Roller Derby, and skater for Black Diaspora Roller Derby.

Yeti spent the first 22 years of her athletic career as an alpine ski racer, competing all over the US and Europe. After an ACL tear ended her skiing career at Dartmouth College, one of her co-workers caught her rollerblading (god, yes, rollerblading) and quickly brought her over to the wonderful world of quad skates and roller derby. After two years skating for the Santa Cruz Derby Girls, Yeti was ready to return to the East Coast, where she now writes as a science journalist and constantly misses the train by mere hundredths of a second.
